  • Annual Salary Market Adjustment
    • Based on external and national data, your salary will increase based on applicable cost of living data.
  • Performance Awards
    • Based on company performance and bottom line results, a one time supplemental performance award is distributed. This percentage is based on your Annual Performance review. The higher your score, the higher the performance award.
  • Retirement Contribution
    • Employee starts contributing 5% pre tax to their retirement account; after one year, the company contributes 8.5%
